Tomato Demonstration Greenhouse Open to Visitors Again.

Enza Zaden’s tomato demonstration greenhouse in Gravenzande is open to visitors again. They hope to meet peoples there to show them wide range of tomato varieties and inform visitors about the latest developments. Like last year, Enza Zaden’s demonstration greenhouse comprises two separate sections, at two different locations. At Enza Zaden’s Triomaas location visitors will find all smaller types of tomatoes and varieties intended for specific taste segments. Enza Zaden’s other standard varieties can be viewed at their Van Heijningen-Franke location.

Enza Zaden’s Cluster tomato varieties Milaneza and EZ 1325 both do exceptionally well, grown either with or without artificial lighting. Two important newcomers for the mid-sized vine tomato segment grown without lighting are EZ 0763 and EZ 4334. These are both early producing varieties with fast cluster development, resulting in a high end production.

An exceptionally good variety in Enza Zaden’s segment of cocktail tomatoes is Annaïsa, offering a favourable combination of production and taste. Its uniform colour ensures an attractive presentation while the flat clusters make it easy to process the tomatoes.

In June Enza Zaden will be organising their annual House Fair again, this time a week earlier than usual, in week 24, from 14 until 17 June. At Enza Zaden’s House Fair visitors will be able to view an extensive presentation of tomato, sweet pepper, cucumber and aubergine varieties. Please contact your local representative or send an e-mail to demokas@enzazaden.nl to arrange a suitable time for your visit.
